Tricia Elliott, MS, CVT, RVT is a highly experienced veterinary technologist, educator, and industry professional with over 20 years of clinical experience and more than 25 years of teaching in the field of veterinary technology and animal sciences. She is approved by the Oregon Veterinary Medical Board (OVMB) and the state of Oregon, and has trained thousands of veterinary professionals across the state through her teaching, clinical instruction, and continuing education programs.
Tricia brings a unique combination of clinical expertise, academic leadership, and compassion to her work. As a professor, she has developed and delivered comprehensive curricula in anatomy and physiology, parasitology, and veterinary clinical skills, preparing students for real-world success in veterinary medicine.
Her clinical background spans a wide range of veterinary disciplines. She is highly skilled in general practice as well as surgical support, with extensive experience assisting in procedures and maintaining efficiency and patient safety within the operating room environment.
Tricia also has a strong background in laboratory animal medicine, where she has worked with research animals and understands the regulatory, ethical, and technical considerations required in that setting.
In addition, she is experienced in large animal medicine, including the care and handling of horses, cattle, and small ruminants. Her skill set extends to exotic animal medicine as well, with hands-on experience working with birds and reptiles—species that require specialized knowledge of physiology, husbandry, and medical treatment.
Throughout her career, Tricia has remained committed to advancing veterinary education and improving animal care standards. Her work reflects a dedication not only to the well-being of animals, but also to the training and development of the next generation of veterinary professionals.

Hospitals are welcome to submit their own samples for real-time analysis and training integration.
